Based on the Standard Support package, this includes unlimited access to our dedicated telephone support line and remote access during normal working hours, enabling us to connect to your system, diagnose and resolve a majority of problems during working hours. If on-site support is required we will schedule a visit by one of our experienced engineers and this will be charged on a case by case basis, or you can pre-purchase credits at pre-arranged rates.
